近頃は、お酒やグラスの仕入れにも出掛けています。

選ぶことも愉しい時間です。

このラムはあのお客様にオススメしたいな。

このウィスキーはあの方がお好きだろうな。

このグラスで、あのお客様が好きなカクテルをお出ししたらどうだろうか。

など皆様の顔が浮かんできます。

自分がコレだ！と思うものを選ぶ。という楽しみもありますが、

誰かのためにというのも、

開店までの時間をワクワクさせてくれます。

Recently, I spend a time to choose whiskies, Rum, glasses and so on.

It's also a fun time to choose.

I always imagine that

"I will recommend this rum to that customer."

"I guess that guest likes this whiskey."

"What if I served that customer's favorite cocktail in this glass?"

I can see your faces.

There is fun that I choose the one which is my favorite, but choose for someone is also fun.

It makes me excited about the time until the opening.
